Training Through the Academy of Aesthetics
Yes, BareWolf team members receive in-house training. The Academy of Aesthetics, a BareWolf brand, delivers structured practical education for therapists and supports the standards used across our clinics.
Training covers male-specific laser and skin treatments, consultation, client care, treatment protocols and ongoing technical development. New team members learn the BareWolf way, while experienced therapists continue refining their skills.
A career path, not just a position
Our trainee-to-partnership career pathway gives people a clear structure for development—from learning the foundations through the Academy of Aesthetics, to progressing through the therapist tiers and ultimately earning opportunities in leadership and partnership. Progress reflects training, experience, consistency, technical ability, cultural contribution and the trust earned from clients and the team.
We are continuing to formalise this pathway so every team member can understand where they are, what they are developing and what is required to progress.
